Business Manager

At Mountain Kids, we believe in more than healthy smiles – we believe in creating a joyful, supportive environment where children, families, and our team can thrive. For over 14 years, our family-owned and operated practice has been a trusted part of the Northern Colorado Community. We combine clinical excellence with a warm, playful, and compassionate environment where kids feel safe, parents feel supported, and our team feels valued.

We’re growing and looking for a Business Manager who can bring both strategic insights and heart to the role —a leader who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Someone who loves data and details but also thrives in a culture that values fun, teamwork, mutual respect, and care. This isn’t just about staying organized and managing office operations and financial health, it’s about helping a team of passionate professionals continue to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.

This role blends leadership, financial management and operational oversight with a strong sense of empathy and teamwork. If you’re a natural leader who believes business and heart can go hand in hand, we’d love to meet you.
